SwapSocials Trustpilot Reviews Update

On January 18 2023, we have received an email from the integrity team at Trustpilot.com. Trustpilot reviewed our website & concluded we’re a ‘bad fit’ for Trustpilot. Therefor they decided to remove our page from Trustpilot.

We have disputed the decision

We have tried to dispute the decision. As a company, we understand how important reviews on an independent website are for customer trust. We have positioned as a trusted company, with over 100 (!) positive reviews on Trustpilot. Not only do reviews show how trusted our company is, it also kept us accountable for striving for the best customer experience. We only want satisfied customers & don’t want any negative experiences for clients. That’s why we have disputed the decision at Trustpilot & later asked why our profile was deleted. As we could not find any possible violations by our company, we have asked why our company does not meet their requirements. Apparently they don’t want to engage with businesses that engage in the sale of social media accounts.

We’re sad to hear that, as we want to be as transparant as possible (with customers being able to leave reviews on independent websites).

That being said, we have some good news. We were be able to recover some of reviews via Google Cache. Here are screenshots & video recordings with the reviews we had on Trustpilot.

Where to find our Current Reviews

From today, we will move on to Google Reviews. Hopefully they won’t kick out our business and allow us to collect reviews. Our Google Reviews can be found here: Google Reviews.
