• SwapSocials monitors the authenticity of users and members on the platform to the best of its ability.
• SwapSocials is not liable for any issues or actions that occur after a sale is completed.
• Spamming or scamming users will result in an immediate ban without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

To use our Services, you do not need to create an account on SwapSocials. However, when engaging with our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when communicating with buyers or sellers.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during transactions.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your interactions on the platform.

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Buying and Selling Accounts

• Sellers: By listing an Instagram account for sale, you represent and warrant that you are the legitimate owner of the account and that the information provided about the account (followers, engagement, niche, etc.) is accurate. Upon a successful sale, you will transfer full ownership of the account to the buyer, including login credentials.
• Buyers: Before purchasing an Instagram account, you are encouraged to ask as many questions as needed to verify the account’s details, including followers, engagement, niche, and other relevant factors. By purchasing, you agree to pay the full listed price and accept the account in its current condition. Once the account has been successfully transferred, SwapSocials is not liable for any issues that arise.

4. Seller Terms

By creating a listing on SwapSocials, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• Only list accounts that you personally own.
• SwapSocials reserves the right to terminate your listing or account at any time, for any reason.
• Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

5. Listing Terms

SwapSocials offers several types of listings, and by creating a listing, you agree to the following:

• The same listing cannot be posted multiple times. You must wait until the old one expires or is deleted by SwapSocials.
• SwapSocials reserves the right to terminate your listing at any time for any reason.

6. Direct communciation

Buyers and sellers must only communicate and conduct transactions through the SwapSocials platform. Buyers are explicitly prohibited from contacting sellers directly, even if they find external contact information. Engaging in direct dealings outside of the SwapSocials platform voids any protections offered by SwapSocials, and we are not responsible for any losses, disputes, or issues that arise from such direct interactions.

7. Fees and Payment

SwapSocials charges fees for transactions conducted on the platform. All fees will be transparently displayed before you complete any transaction, and the amount shown is final—there are no hidden fees or additional charges. By using the platform, you agree to pay the stated fees and any applicable taxes at the time of purchase. SwapSocials uses secure payment processing to ensure the safety of both buyers and sellers.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final once the account transfer process has begun. SwapSocials does not offer refunds once the transfer process is initiated. Refunds will only be considered if the account transfer fails due to issues caused by the seller or if the account provided significantly differs from the description.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Buying or selling accounts with fake followers or engagement.
• Scamming, defrauding, or deceiving other users.
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms
